About CoveredCare Private Care

CoveredCare believes that there are only four types of people in the world, those who have been caregivers, those who are currently caregivers, those who will be caregivers, and those who will need caregivers. We were created to sew seeds of compassion, service, and love to a population that is often under served.

CoveredCare is a growing agency that services counties in southeastern Wisconsin such as Racine, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Waukesha, Walworth, Rock and other surrounding counties. We believe that caring for our clients and providing exceptional service is essential to operating a successful service.

Our management team members complement each other, and together we offer a complete package of experience in all of the aspects of operating a personal care agency. 

Management and Administration

Our corporate support team works with each agency's on-site management team to assure quality personal care and comprehensive services that are responsive to the needs and preferences of clients and their families.  We oversee the maintenance of regulatory compliance, personnel recruitment, training and retention, census maintenance and development, revenue enhancement, receivables management and cost controls.  Our goal is to provide optimum care with the most efficient operation possible.  We employ a number of strategies that result in both enhanced care and consistent compliance.

We have developed and implemented training programs for both personal care staff and ancillary personnel, allowing them to be comfortable and knowledgeable when completing their duties.  In addition, we strive to promote an atmosphere that recognizes and rewards personal accountability, promotes respect, understanding, teamwork, flexibility and good humor among caring employees.
